This guidance note provides information on the process for requesting, drafting and submitting a Handover Note and End-of-Assignment Report for Resident Coordinators as linked with other functions such as Executive Representatives of the Secretary-General, or Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General or Deputy Special Coordinator, or Humanitarian Coordinator, and/or Designated Official functions.
