Mr. O’Malley has over 25 years of experience in humanitarian and development work. He most recently served as the United Nations Resident Coordinator ad interim in Kazakhstan from November 2024 to June 2025.
Ms. Tissot brings over 30 years of experience in development cooperation, humanitarian assistance, and peacebuilding to the position. She currently serves as the Regional Head of Cooperation for Syria, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq and Deputy Head of Mission at the Swiss Embassy in Amman.
