Comments:
Bridging strategy for 2004. 2003 Roll-out country for implementation and harmonization of programme cycles starting in 2005. UNDAF retreats held in November and December 02 and May 03 to define strategic areas of cooperation for the UNCT in the post-conflict period. UNCT engaged in PRSP process but Govt commitment is wavering. Country selected for UNDG/ECHA WG Review on Transition. MDGR published in Portugese in 03, and being translated into English. Coordinated Appeal for Transition 2004.
